Goal Cleaning LLC is a woman- and minority-owned commercial cleaning company serving Greater Philadelphia. We specialize in hospitals, medical offices, schools, and commercial spaces, and we take pride in creating clean, healthy environments for the people who use them.

The Role
You'll grow our client base by finding, pitching, and closing new commercial cleaning accounts, then building lasting relationships with those clients.

What You'll Do

Prospect and reach out to business owners, office managers, facility managers, and property managers
Conduct site walkthroughs and deliver tailored proposals and presentations
Close new accounts and manage client relationships
Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities

What We're Looking For

B2B sales experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to find and close new business is a big plus
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Self-motivated, and able to work independently and with a team
Commercial cleaning or facility services experience is a plus — we'll train you on services and pricing
High school diploma required; bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
